Security and privacy

This page is written for whoever has to approve the purchase: what happens to your data, who sees what, and what happens if you want to leave.

Separation between customers

Each business's data is completely separate from every other business's data. The separation is enforced inside the system itself, not by a setting someone could forget to switch on (isolation at the database level).

In practice: a request that starts in your account cannot reach another business's data, even if someone on our side made a mistake.

Who sees what inside your organisation

Inside your business, you decide who sees what. A service rep can be given the conversations without the invoices, and a team can be limited to one workspace.

  • Permissions by role
  • Workspaces, to keep teams or lines of business apart
  • You can see who did what, and when

Workspaces are an organising tool — they decide who works on what. The separation between our different customers is something else entirely, and that one is enforced by the system.

What the AI does, and what it does not

The agent answers from your business's knowledge base. When there is no answer there, it says so — it does not invent one that sounds real.

  • Answers come from your content, not from the open internet
  • For every answer you can see where it came from
  • A conversation that needs a person goes to a person

Who decides what enters the knowledge base

You do. By default a person approves each item before it enters.

You can switch on autopilot: you set a confidence level, and anything above it goes in by itself. Anything below it keeps waiting for approval. You can switch it off at any moment, and see what went in and when.

Your data, and the way out

The data your business brings in stays your business's data.

  • You can export it
  • You can delete an item from the knowledge base, and it stops being used for answers
  • Ending the relationship does not depend on our agreement

If you have further requirements — a data processing addendum, a particular retention policy — talk to us and we will answer on the merits.

Questions that keep coming up

Is my data mixed with other customers' data?

No. Each business's data is completely separate, and the separation is enforced by the system itself — not by a setting someone could forget.

Who can read my conversations?

The people you give permission to inside your own organisation. We access data only for support you asked for, and only as far as handling that request requires.

Does the AI learn from my data for other customers?

No. The knowledge base built from your content is used for answers in your business only.

Can I leave and take my data?

Yes. Your data is yours, and you can export it.
